It guides a rope or cable through a deck, bulkhead, or box, protecting both the rope and the surface it passes through from wear.

Its two parts screw into each other: the deck bush thus protects both sides of the wall and adapts to a range of thicknesses, here from 9 to 14 mm. Each part has two small holes that allow it to be gripped with circlip pliers for tightening.

Ideal for carbon: titanium is highly resistant and does not react with carbon like aluminium does. It can therefore be mounted directly on a carbon surface, without electrolytic isolation sealant.

Specifications

Material: titanium

Inner diameter: 8 mm

Outer diameter: 13 mm

Wall thickness (depth): 9 mm min – 14 mm max

Weight: 8 g

Allen part number: A8439-9T

Installation

Drill a hole to the outer diameter of the deck bush (13 mm).

Insert the deck bush into the hole.

Screw the two parts into each other using circlip pliers.

For added security, an adhesive can be used to keep the deck bush in place.
