With its compact size (56.6 x 134.2 x 30.5mm) and weight of only 220g, the IC-M25EURO will quickly become the ideal "safety companion" for your sea outings.

"Float'n Flash" function which, day or night, will trigger a strobe light upon contact with water (the light flashes even if the radio is not turned on).

Large backlit screen (33 x 23 mm) allows for easy viewing of information such as channel, battery level icons, volume, dual watch, etc.
The various buttons are large and clearly identified for intuitive use.

The IC-M25EURO is equipped with a standard micro-B USB port for charging from a cigarette lighter cable, phone charger, etc.

Le gabarit

Si vous naviguez en kayak, en paddle, en planche à voile ou si vous souhaitez que votre VHF ne quitte jamais la poche de votre gilet de sauvetage, la compacité et le poids sont vos critères n°1. Une VHF trop lourde finira oubliée dans la cabine.

Flottante, clignotante ?

En mer, une maladresse est vite arrivée. Si votre VHF tombe à l'eau, il faut qu'elle flotte, mais aussi que vous puissiez la retrouver, surtout de nuit ou dans les vagues. Les modèles non flottants comme la RT440 peuvent être équipés de coques flottantes.

L'alimentation

Comment allez-vous la recharger ? Selon que vous partiez pour une sortie de 2 heures ou une croisière de plusieurs jours, le mode de recharge est crucial.

Performance audio et étanchéité

Le vent, les vagues et le bruit du moteur mettent le matériel à rude épreuve. Vous devez entendre et être entendu, même dans le gros temps.

Le prix

Comptez entre 120€ et 300 € pour un modèle de VHF portable sérieux. Si certains modèles peuvent être vendus en dessous de la barre des 100€, ils n'assurent généralement pas une fiabilité suffisante pour un équipement de sécurité.
